Import Selective

The Import Selective retrieves (downloads) any available file from the Clearinghouse to the local government's computer system. The benefit of this option is the elimination of the need to access the secure website and manually download.

Frequency: this option can be executed at anytime. Whenever a file is available for downloading from the Clearinghouse.

this menu requires access rights assigned in the User Setup.

- this option is recommended for downloading files such as:

• Import Status Errors: Error-C999-000.xlsx
• Setoff Excel File: C999-000.xlsx
• Expired debts: C999-000-ExpiredDebts.xlsx
• Rejected SSNs: C999-000-RejectedSSNs

- the available file is only available for 10 days before it is automatically deleted. However, it can be restored by contacting the Clearinghouse

1. From the Main Menu click Transmit:

 2. Move the mouse over the Import from Clearinghousefunction to view the four options:

3. Move the mouse over Selective and click this option: 

4. The following screen appears:

5. The available files for downloading appear:

6. Click a file to highlight it, then click , such as:

7. Select a location, MyDocuments, Desktop or a specific folder such as:

8. Click for the download to begin, when complete the following appears which displays the file downloaded and the target locations where to find it:

9. Click to return to the files available menu, choose any more files and click or click to return to the main menu:
